Lake Havasu is a major party destination for Spring Breakers and the rest of the year it's packed every weekend with people from Los Angeles, Phoenix and other smaller cities nearby.
Everyone goes to a place called Copper Canyon that you can only get to with a boat. The cops are nowhere to be seen, everyone ties up their boats together like a huge floating city.
I'll quote a toothless greasy boat mechanic at the rental place as he pointed at an old picture of the Canyon filled with boats.
"That's when you go out there and get six blowjobs."
