hmmm....well, i just watched world news earlier this evening and they talked about the old law expiring and how the president was staying out of it. in fact they said both republicans and democrats were staying away from it because they didnt want to have to go up against the nra.
I highly doubt bush would approve a bill highly protested by the nra.
bush is the special interests king.
