Need help with great domain find!

I was checking for some domains for an idea today and stumbled upon a mainstream .cc domain that is really good but wasn't registered. Now I'm really not sure what to do, I guess I should try and sell it, but I'm confused as to how it could be available. I tried to look around for any info, but it's impossible to search the domain cause it's too generic. Anyone has some suggestions as to find out if there are any problems with it?

I'm not going to post the domain here, but if anyone trading in high value domains wanna help out, post your info here and I'll contact you.

Since it is appear hard to understand my English:
            - I registered a VERY good 1 word .cc domain that I happened to find.
            - I'm worried there might be some issue with it since it was available.
            - It's too generic to google for information about it.
            - I'm looking for suggestions on how to find more information about the history of the domain name.

there is no such thing as a high value .cc first of all. you can also check web.archive.org to see if the domain was ever developed.

And see how others developed similar ones...

There are a lot of generic words in non .net, .com, .org, .biz and .info domains.

Finding those domains isn't to hard... it is making them as effective as .com's...

Thanx man, sometimes one forget to check in the most obvious of places.
Looks like it was redirected for a while to a site in the industry one would associate the domain with, they must have forgot about it lol.

I've looked around a bit and I might be completly off but I'm thinking high 5 or low 6 figures to the right buyer.
