                                  It's a scam but people are buying into it for sure just look at this:

                                          Possible,because i noticed all those attractive domains like milf.co is registered by some Colombian organization.Nothing unusual,i think montenegro registry did same shit with me extension.And also i noticed how most of those domains are already parked at sedo.
