hi everyone. after few days asking the program i have to ask here. how can i get -1 sale on nats? i mean, in nifty it was not refund or chargeback, but nifty just showed -1. now i checked the stats by myself and i see nothing, no evidence that there was a sale, i mean, like no sale was there, but there was a sale for almost whole day. anybody get something similar or can explain me what does that means? thank you in advance and wish you best with your sites everyone! 
) I suggest to resync stats for that program w Nifty.
and about that nifty sale. you know, if you make a sale, you see it as sale. now, if you get chargeback or refund, you see in stats the sale, but also refund or chargeback. i got sale, i saw it in stats, then after almost one day the sale is lost, not refund or chargeback, the sale is just lost like it was never there. i dont understand this, why is that, at least it looks strange to me ... thanks for the bump and enjoy the summer!
