From a technical standpoint most everybody would say Dean is better because his technical skills are very strong.

It's difficult to imagine Twistys is prosperous. On my hack & cracked site message board, Twistys popularity declined drastically. I am not kidding Shap, how are you making a profit when hardly anyone has intrest in Twisty's User-Pass?

Actually we crack Twistys as a professional courtesy to the select few ( out of our 314,000 members) that like to browse Twistys. Some rape your site and then flood the net with Twistys content to the point where when you see one Twistys model, you've seen them all.
It's rather sad how you or your staff inform hosts not to host Twistys content when off the top of my head there are Atleast 60 message boards that offer 60% of all of Twistys content. This is why I inquired of how prosperous Twistys really is.

Hey Dan. How've you been? Long time no talk.
This is a guy we are helping get started. He is by no means The Twistys Photographer. He's just starting out. I think he's going to be a really good photographer in our biz. Especially being in Prague. The key to his success is going to be how he deals with being in our biz. One shoot is nothing. How he deals with all the headaches and ups and downs of our industry will determine how successful he becomes. I'll post some more pics in a few months and we'll see where he is at.
It's an interesting project for us. He is an extremely talented photographer but has no experience in our industry and has no gear or crew in Prague. What will be interesting is to see if he can start from scratch and use only the feedback and advice he gets from us to improve his photography. The biggest problem for the majority of photographers is they believe they know more than the client and know what the client wants and as a result they don't always deliver the desired product. This guy isn't like that so I'm looking forward to see if he can put it all together and become a big contributor for Twistys

From a financial standpoint, you are loosing a lot of money. The availability of mostly all members area content is easily at anyones disposal. You will read that individules who visit message boards of our style wouldn't spend money on paysites so you're not loosing anything anyway.
Personally speaking, if I knew I could view members area content for a fraction of the cost all the way to viewing it for free, why on earth would I pay $25.00 to join the website.
I have never met you singore Shap but I favor you. Some time ago I conducted business with a person named ``Ubshunter'. He stated you and him use to peddle traffic a while back. He also stated that ``Shap" didn't always do things ``The Shap way".

Not sure who Ubshunter is. I probably value the surfer's opinion more than just about anybody else on gfy. Probably because when i started with free sites I felt the money i made really was thanks to the surfer and I was very appreciative of that. As a result I've probably left alot of money on the table in the past 10 years by doing what i thought was best for the surfer. I don't know what the "Shap" way of doing business is though i'd love to hear it ;)
I agree 100% that a painfully large amount of Twistys content is available for free on many msg boards and many free hosts. Often times our staff will try to go out and monitor it and ask hosts to pull content. In the end I really don't know what can be done. I haven't seen anybody truly effectively manage the situation. The more you fight the situation the more desirable access to your site becomes and as a result the more of a target you are for crackers/hackers and that is a whole other monster situation to deal with. It really is an unfortunate situation.Comment
