is this a tube site with stolen content or legit content not stolen elsewhere? If it's not stolen then the tube site isn't a big deal no different than a thumb gallery. Tube sites are just better thumb galleries and they will never disappear. Stealing content I think is the bigger problem.

I read the entire PDF and from my armchair, it seems like there is too little to draw any conclusions one way or another.
"Tyler" was all over the place in his emails ... he goes from talking about being broke, to trying to save his house, to fixing his teeth, to ripping off affiliates, to giving bonuses for saving 1% on CCBill processing and so forth.
This is one of those things where people should reserve judgment until more facts come out.
In that actual court filing there was no smoking gun ... no emails to or from Brad and/or Mojo.
Having said that, I am not defending or being a cheerleader for anyone. At this point nothing would surprise me anymore but there at least needs to be some real evidence before jumping all over Brad.Comment

Mojohost is stand up brad is stand up. Its taken with a grain of salt. If mojo host illegal tubes so what. If he does not take the business then someone else will. Unfortuenly what tubes sites are doing is NOT ILLEGAL under us law. So thier really is no such thing as a illegal tube unless it has underage material. Unfortuenly tubes hide behind DMCA and user submitted content and thats just how it is. As long as everyone removes the content on DMCA request not alot you can do. Its fucked up I don't agree with the laws but the laws are about 10 years behind the internet.Comment

yes, a lot of times hosts get dragged into it simply because they are providing the hardware and infrastructure for it to operate and are being paid via dollars generated by said content.
Or at least thats how its perceived. Anyone tied to the money/distribution is then a moving target. 99% of the time the host is dropped from the law suite though because simply they are just providing the hardware and support and have no day to day operation of the website in regards to the content to the site.
A host doesn't know if the content is theirs or not or legal or not. And by law if they do monitor the content on a site and check everything for legality and or validity i.e 2257 etc. They are no longer covered by the safe harbors provided to them by the law.Comment
