"Tyler" was all over the place in his emails ... he goes from talking about being broke, to trying to save his house, to fixing his teeth, to ripping off affiliates, to giving bonuses for saving 1% on CCBill processing and so forth.

This is one of those things where people should reserve judgment until more facts come out.

In that actual court filing there was no smoking gun ... no emails to or from Brad and/or Mojo.

Having said that, I am not defending or being a cheerleader for anyone. At this point nothing would surprise me anymore but there at least needs to be some real evidence before jumping all over Brad.
