    How do Celeb sites avoid APIC?

    I see a lot of celeb sites, in fact my first site was a fan site. Since they didn't shoot the pics, I just assume they don't have the rights to profit from the pics.
    I've seen some celeb sites that had pics that were scanned from magazines.

    How do they avoid APIC?

      They usually work out a payment plan with APIC. A monthly fee will keep them off your back. Prices range from 200 to 3K a month, depending on how many sites, how big, etc...

      Up to 35$ per join...!

                      They wont discuss that in email, but if you call them and tell them what sites you run, you can work a deal out with them. They are not in the charity business ya know.

                                      They sent me about 50 notices once for a tgp gallery I submitted about 6 months ago. I told them to fuck off.

                                      They are crooks too with an angle.
