Newbies: words of encouragement/direction

this morning i felt the need to share some thoughts about our endeavours to earn some money in this industry..

as you (work) to pay-yourself-forward, you're going to have the ups-and-downs, but stick with it..

today i was performing some of my daily tasks of updating content, and i stumbled across an untapped resource for niched content for my sites.. i was/am-still excited about it!

this industry is huge, but don't try and swallow it all.. find something you enjoy, and run with it.. here is a quick item list of what i can suggest for anyone:

1. find a niche you enjoy (most likely others do too)
2. research how you want to give that content to surfers (tgp/mgp/lists/rss, etc)
3. start small (KISS) keep it fraggin simple stupid
4. learn to love playing with keywords (think like a surfer)
5. analyze your traffic (what pages are hit, what keywords, what countries)
6. control your traffic, push it/move it where you want it to go
7. research your methods of generating revenue (ads/sponsors,etc)
8. go with the momentum. (opportunities come, but they come in spurts)
9. be consistent and diligent
10. think outside the box that you know, that's where the good stuff is!
