    I had a coffee for the first time in 12 months

    Really have not been missing much.

    I used to drink 5 to 6 cups per day, then went cold turkey.

          Geeze i used to drink over twenty cups a day, lately it's no more than a dozen... I'm cutting down lol.

              I drink one coffee each morning, and I can't miss a morning! If I drink coffee late at night, I can't sleep for a while.

              By the way, I don't drink "plain" coffee, I drink cappucino. It's alot better!

                                                          I enjoy drinking coffee, I usually have one on the way into the office at the local Second Cup. Then I have one after lunch and then sometimes a 3rd cup of coffee just before or after dinner.

                                                          I usually get a large double double (Canadians will know what I am talking about LOL). But I have been trying to wein myself back to just one sugar and one creme because if you add up all that extra creme and sugar over a year it's ALOT hehe.
