From and aff. point of view, I prefer standard pre-built hosted galleries. I've found the few "build your own" systems that I've tried, whether they were NATS' or something else, somewhat annoying.

i've only played with a few programs who are using the nats gallery builder and it seemed limited option wise. it's great if you want to build one specific gallery but for those who want multiple templates instead of a single template design on 30 galleries it just doesn't seem to work or i just couldn't figure out how to select 10 templates and have them applied to XX amount of galleries...
i'll stick with the standard pre-built FHGs for now
It is a lot easier for TGP owners that want to grab our galleries to copy paste a dump of galleries in one go than to spend hours preparing a few dozen galleries.
Yes, we use the Nats gallery builder. Had to add some things to the builder to increase the functionality of it. The builder gives affiliates who use the FHGs more configuration options and increases the totally quantity of unique galleries. But there are affiliates that are not familiar with how to use it and do not want to ask. So the results with or without the builder may be similar.
There are tips to make the gallery builders more functional to affiliates. In most cases you can switch out the template number in the link code to quickly change the templates in a gallery dump.
