    PS Pros Critique My Retouching Plz

    i've been playing around with photo retouching and stuff, just wante dsome pro opinions on if you think my levels and colors look good, any tips would be sweet. i tried rounding the asian girls hip, i know it doesn't look great, but it was just some fucking around that didn't pan out too well... did some practice thumbs for my upcoming tgps too...

    do high quality thumbs make that much of a difference in the tgp game?

      The asian one looks pretty good, besides the hip.

          Nah, not bad. I'm not a pro at it either. looks like maybe a bit oversharpenned, I could be wrong. not bad though

              Good stuff, specially on the "Hooters" girl... I'm also not a big fan of sharpening the images too much.

                                  slightly too much sharpening in some of the eyes/faces. when you use the overall sharpen filter it tends to do that. try the sharpen tool specifically over the hair & other bits that need sharpening up rather than using the filter on the whole image.

                                  but that's just a personal opinion and I think it wouldn't be noticable except you have the untouched next to the retouched.

                                      i sharpen twice, adjust my brightness/saturation usually around +15b +18s, then blur tool. i am going to try some more fullsize images and thumbs with slightly different methods. take one or two pics and try them all out and decide what works best for me. the sharpen tool is a good suggestion. i'm sitting here using the blur and smudge tool and didn't even consider using the sharpen tool for the sharpening.

                                      someone mentioned adjusting the curves, but i haven't really had a chance to play with that yet.

                                      i'd like to get a real hq glossy look for my thumbs. hoping to do a few fake babe tgps with large glossy thumbs.

                                              i tried this one using the sharpen and blur tools instead of sharpening the entire image, brought up the brightness and contrast a little bit, and i think i got a hold of it with this one. works way better than hitting the whole layer with sharpen...

                                                      yes it looks nice, but you want to tell me that you will retouch ass on every single picture, i mean on the asian? its a big mistake i think, its not possible to make girls another then they are right? maybe some skin retouch yeah, but change her body? and, the part is really not so nicely done in my eyes. anyway other looks good so wish you luck with your work!
