I usually just use sunblock... not a big fan of tanning. You should ask hot girls, they are the champs of the tan.
A girl once told me "Give me 8 inches and make it HURT".

It sounds like you mean fake baking in the tanning beds. If so then I have to agree California Tan makes the best lotions. Have you tried those lotions that make you tingle? I can't remember who makes them. I have now moved on to the spary on tans. A nice golden color and instant color.Comment

When I fake and bake or go on a vacation to an area I will be spending a ton of time in the sun (cruise etc.) I like to use Fortune Quadruple Bronzer.
Being outside normally I don't use anything.Living in Virtual Reality

If you dont use lotion youre wasting youre money tanning - and the more moisterizuers you use at home the better youll tan - non-perfume shit that is.
For the best bronzers try something from Designer Skin - Worship Me or something along that lines - to kick start the tan even better use a tingle type lotion although be prepared for feeling like youve got ants crawling all over your body for about an hour afterwards(the opening of all of the capallaries in your skin for better blood flow)
Good tingle lotions are from Australian Gold, Swedish Beauty and Designer Skin - they are the three best manufacturers of lotions - Cal Tan if fourth but its all about what smells and feels good for you and works the best - get your salon to let you try some samples of other products
The best moisterizer you can buy is either Hempz from the salon or a straight Aloe gel from the drug store - and use it 5 times a day at least unless you have dry skin - then use it about 10 times a day - the more water in your skin the better tan youll get
Obviously dont listen to the haters about skin cancer - theyre finding out now that the vitamin D from the UV is actually the prevention for skin cancer as long as you do it in the controlled environment - seems the dermatologists were wrong (or needed a good scare tactic for their biz) - my local dermatologist uses tanning beds now to treat people with skin problems - and sends me his customers that dont have insurance

Matrix bed yesterday and today. Using Hammer bronzer by Supre. About to shower than rub on da aloe lotion. I shall be bronze by Phoenix. Have unlimited matrix tans. Matrix is the cadilac of da tanning beds from my understanding. I did 10 minutes yesterday, and worked up to 12 today. Last 2 minutes were rough to say the least lol.Comment

Anything with a Quad Bronzer ;) dont waste too much on your back tho cuz the skin is very thick back there. Light moisture to the skin helps your tan .....

i LOVE tanning
i've been a long time addict of the sun
there so many lotions now
i dont care much for the bronzers and i only like the tingle if i'm super dark
i'll do the tanning beds in the winter or when i can't get regular sun
but nothing can beat the buzz of the natural sun
i drown myself in lotion when i tan
it helps your skin get darker
just dont shower before or after you tan.. a few hours either way
i'm not a big fan of face tanning and i always block my chest tooComment
