Sorry if this has already been posted. I just read that Wesley Snipes appeal was tossed out and his sentence of 36 months in jail for tax evasion was upheld. Looks like Blade is heading to the big house. . . unless he skips the country and moves somewhere like France where they don't extradite for non-violent crimes.
