    We received notification that MasterCard is actively looking for a DVD/VOD that some adult merchants are selling titled ?The Ultimate Revenge.? It?s a BDSM video that was made by Passive Arts Studio and MasterCard is implementing $25,000 fines to any merchants they can find who are selling this video due to violent content.



    I strongly advise that you review all of your websites and remove the video ASAP if you are currently selling it. MasterCard is actively trying to purchase the video and once the transaction is processed, they have been implementing the $25,000 fine so it?s important that any merchants selling this video remove the content immediately.



    As a reminder, it is against Visa and MasterCard regulations to process for any content that includes violence, weapons or blood so any other content that falls under these categories should be removed as well.

      Really? So many music videos have violence and blood, but it's fake violence and fake blood. The ban is probably on real violence and real blood.

                      My last check would say that they have hundreds of thousands of videos with violence in them.

                      This is bullshit.

                      Somebody needs to come up with a new way to pay for porn that everybody can use and we can cut out the fucking credit card companies.

                      EDIT: I hope nobody uses a Master Card to buy a UFC PPV or go to a boxing match.

                          Because it might be possible for the government to include MasterCard in on any
                          action against that content since they "facilitated" it's sell.

                          Also, it's a "self policing action" that keeps the government from having to
                          come in and start policing what MasterCard does.

                                          Visa and MC have been doing this for quite some time now.

                                          And no, it doesn't matter in which way it's violent. They can and do issue fines for "brand damaging" content. Though they should actually file a warning notice to the bank who holds the merchant account first.

                                          The card companies do not need adult anymore, and before some of you dumb fucks think otherwise, Adult is just a small part of their revenues.
