I do a chipotle and ancho chili spice rub that I put on with butter and then grill it and after the grill sprinkle Cojita cheese on it and some lime... YUMMY!Comment

We leave the husks on and soak the ears in salt water. Then pull the husks back, clear out the silks and add lots of seasoned butter. Pull the husks back over the ears, wrap in foil and toss on the grill. MmmmmmComment

i like to leave the husks on, soak it in water for a couple of hours then cook with the husk on, on the bbq.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment
