      Why would you want one after all the trouble that's been reported? I'd prefer a phone that actually works.

                              Apple is still showing 3 week ship time. Buying direct from AT&T shows 7-14 days ship time.

                                          do not buy this phone yet...

                                          it works great if you don't hold the phone against your ear. If you try and walk around with it against, you will hang up on people, put them on mute, go into facetalk, etc.

                                          Games, surfing the web, email is all great.

                                          Reception seems to be worse then the previous one, but not bad enough to make a huge difference.

                                                              I have the iphone 4 and like it so far. yeah there are a few issues with the check hitting the mute or speaker, but thats going to be fixed with a software update.

                                                              I love the facetime application, though I don't know many other people to talk to on it yet.
                                                              This is my first iphone, so I am not jaded by having one of the older models....

                                                              I'd say give it a shot.

                                                              Also, I "reserved" on at the apple store on a Thursday. they told me 3 weeks. I received an email the following Tuesday saying it had arrived already. They are shipping pretty quick
