            One of the issues is this. People pay for fully managed servers, because they feel they are unable or unqualified to deal with security issues etc. And therein lies the problem. People believe their servers are secure because they are fully managed, and many aren't. When they find out they aren't and tell their hosting company the client gets canned responses saying that it must be their scripts on the servers...best fix them up and the client is like "uhm..hrm...well....uhm..say what?"

            I have seen it time and time again were people/companies will be on this board saying ABCADFASER HOSTING COMPANY ROCKS!!! THEY ARE THE BEST MAN!!! and the guy has scripts being dropped on his servers and he has no clue...and he won't even know until someone tells him......and when someone tells him...he won't have a clue on how to fix it.

NOT a representative of Lavasoft. It was an irrelevant post, yet we contacted the publisher of the post yesterday and cleared it up. He now hosts with us =) The BIG IP BLOCK you were referring to was a personal user blocking an IP from our network on his personal pc =))
