I am looking for a fair sale for TheGFEClub.com or GFEClub.com its a full blown escort directory with massive traffic and a growing Alexa. Yesterdays ranking was 68K, with a total ranking of 134,305. Looking for serious offers.
Here is the email that I sent to a reputable domain brokerage firm.

It is an extremely active escort directory site, PR4, Alexa 134K and on track to be in the 120's in next 1-2 months and definately in the top 100K in 3-6 months. According to my CPanel/Webalizer stats, we get roughly 6K unique hits a day.
My site currently generates approx. $6K a month in proven revenue and affiliates. The domain was purchased in Oct. 05, but we really didnt start marketing it until Nov. 06.
Anyway, I have gotten a few offers via GFY.com. One for $45K which is, in my opinion crap and unacceptable. The proven solid traffic alone is worth that much.
I was also contacted by the same man that is brokering the site MyRedBook.com, another escort site, he said he could sell mine for $125K. Though he could be full of crap too. Just a little leary.
TheGFEClub.com is loaded with owner admin capabilities, and I do mean LOADED. Very easy to use interface, will require very little training. But also, the advertisers have their own admin as well, allowing them the freedom to upload 27 photos, etc and have almost full editing capabilities.
Any and all help would be appreciated as we are looking to make some last changes, clean and repair any messy scripting and code, and then place her on the market for sale.
A few more awesome features will be added before final sale to sweeten the deal
