The trouble here is not the writing, it's the other requirements. I'm a writer not a Photoshopper. If I have to crop and enhance photos that's a whole nother ball game and I'd have to charge a lot more (If I was any good at it).

I agree with CynthiaB. Writers might be shying away from this ad since it requires them to concentrate on things other than writing.

I think the "So you MUST know how to use photoshop and you must also know what sharpen edges, smart blur and levels are... Occasionally Hue..." is scaring the writers away.
