I'm glad my neighbors never have done anything like that to me. Most of them are dicks, but we have yet to have any major clashes or anything.
Prob worst thing that went down is the city put a giant "Beware of Alligators / No Swimming" sign square on my property and fucking up my lakeview because my neighbors' stupid grandkids like to bring all their friends when they house sit, and even though they have a pool, they all go swimming in the lake in innertubes.
I was going to call the city and bitch, because if they're going to fuck up anyone's private property it's not going to be mine, but one of my neighbors threw a fit even before I could and it was gone.
We just saw an adult gator Monday that was easily 6 ft plus. I don't know how anyone can live in FL and NOT know that you can't just jump in a lake and go swimming.
