I believe I've fixed this. CCbills admin pannel is a total rat's nest
of options. I'd appreciate it if you could remove me from the no
rebills list.

I've checked it and it appears:
Payments for Rebills End After: (Unlimited) rebills Recurring Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (Unlimited) rebills
the program is removed from that list.
please contact others from that list and let's have this resolved (that's actually the idea of that list)
