They do have one guy sporadically answering questions on their message forum, but it took me asking the same question 3 times for him to finally answer it, and he didn't even know the answer. I'm frustrated. Sigh.

no one is ignoring your mails dude, is just that you are not the only webmaster working for us and we had to answer lots of mails before actually reading yours. we work as fast as we can.

I understand you have tons of emails but I literally emailed 2-3 weeks ago and have still received no reply. How long am I supposed to wait? And in the past I've emailed about other things and never received a reply. It's a fact.

Anyway I got paid now so there is no need to keep fighting this matter. Thank you for your attention.
