It's looking good, bro I dig the creepy surfer, but I would second Boy Alley's opinion regarding his deformed penis. I would probably make it stick out a little more instead of straight up and maybe make it look a little more pronounced and exaggerated. Are you going to change the gray around the bottom?

- like the blue colors...
- nice idea with surfer
- menu is good
Cons:
- logo could be better done
- logo edges (specially on word "Surfers") are not "perfectly clear"
- surfers dick and balls could be little bigger
- site lacks some more images on front page... (payout details %, $ and stuff like that...)
- no site slogan
- login form should be in some kind nicely designed of box
- surfer and "whales" should be in better sync
