Her whole family are jerk offs. Her mom has leeched off her since she was a kid and provided her with what appears to be little or no actual guidance or parenting.
I actually kind of feel a little sorry for her. Not because she is going to jail. She fucked up, was given reasonable punishments and failed to follow through with them knowing that doing so could cause her more problems. I feel a little sorry for her because she is another one of those kid actors that had no parenting or boundaries given to them while growing up because he being a star was the family business then when she gets older she starts going a little crazy and nobody is there to pull her back to the ground. She will be separated into a trusty dorm. The worst part will be processing, but she will probably get pulled out of that and precessed separately. She will do her time separated and she will do %50 of it.
Keep in mind the correctional facilities have been kicking out non violent offenders into house arrest programs due to the budget cuts. This is usally after 3 days of precessing. But since the public is watching, and Lindsay Lohan is famous and a very watched figure, i don't she will be getting that. The public will think that she is getting special treatment.
