    new Bugatti Veyron hits 270mph!

    "Bugatti has shattered the production car top speed record with a new special edition Veyron that has officially cracked 268mph.

    The firm conducted the official record run on Saturday afternoon, and actually saw an all-out maximum speed of 270mph."

He currently owns two and the last one he bought was this one off Sang Bleu that came out last year at Pebble Beach. He is selling his Sang Noir so maybe he'll pick this new one up when it comes to Pebble Beach later this year.

                                                                                  it doesnt have an exotic ferrari high pitched sound but it will turn heads, ive heard and seen them just as you have, there is a guy no more than 10 minutes from me who owns a restaurant in the main town. Ive heard the videos too, when u get on that it turns into a monster and sounds insane. well at least i think it sounds insane...

                                                                                              under acceleration its supposed to open up the exhaust for a crazy loud system. my wife had one go by on opposite side of freeway and she thought an uncorked ac cobra was coming up behind her but it was the veyron doing a buck fifty in the fast lane. you see lots of exotics on the George Bush motorspeedway ie 190 toll road around dallas

                                                                                                          My car is regulated to 150mph. While I've been up there a number of times on (gasp) freeways, only once have I had the balls and an empty straight away to hold it there for any length of time (It was heading from Phoenix to San Diego for Cybernet Expo years ago really).

Suzuki GSXR engine 1100cc bored out to 1280cc full power carb tops and modern tech at the time a kind of expansion chamber 4-1 exhaust for 4 strokes, bang that lot into a Spondon frame with the right gearing and you had a motorcycle capable of a calculated approx 260 mph .....

                                                                                                                          I built one and got it to about 208 mph... whilst having my chest rested on the fucking clocks to keep the front end down !!! .. put wings on the cunt it would have been able to fly LOL ....
