Don't like MLM much either, but good luck with the program just the same.
Only hope you had a VERY good lawyer put this together for you. MLM schemes get special attention by the feds, and are much more in danger of civil lawsuits. Copyscape shows you mostly cribbed your disclaimer from other sites, so ideally someone who truly knew what they were doing put that all together.
