People get their cards read to get some sense of control. I stopped because that control is best left to the person not 'fate'.

Same thing happened to me, I was into Tarot cards for 5-7 years and had to stop as people got freaked out when I would tell them things that came true. I'll never forget the 1st person that totally freaked out, I told him how much money he was going to get in a settlement and told him his wife would be in a car accident. The guy tripped and ran out of my house the next day my friend called and said the guy's wife was in an accident latter that night. The settlement that he got a few weeks later was $1,000 off from what I told him it would be.
