I want to purchase visa electron for $35, but when I click VISA CARD, it says "Please select the product you would like to purchase from the list below: " but there's nothing below, just empty spot, no options to choose... is it me or they're having difficulties ?

I requested mine some months ago via spacash, and when I asked why I didn´t get it they said they did´t have a request from me and the money was deducted from my spacash account. I talked to their support and they suggested me to request it and charged me 35$ more. when I ask them about the money I sent before they just sent me a pre written answer that doesen´t answer my question. if I don´t get my card for next month I´ll sue them for fraud.No! I don´t work for SPACash anymore so stop asking.
