Oh shit, what is going on with the Detroit Red Wings??
I would not be surprised at all if they were up-ended in this first round.
I read an article in the Saturday paper today... the guys says "The Detroit Red Wings have at least 9 players who are going to be in the Hall of Fame. The Vancouver Canucks have at least 9 players who we think have visited the Hall of Fame."

hehehe... This is going to be the best "2nd season" in years!!

Even though I live in T.O I am not a Leaf Fan nor a Raptor fan.

Cause they both need new coaches!!!! The teams are good but they must change the coaches....

Colorado will win The Stanley Cup. Detriot should win but I dont think so after those two shit games...

Toronto will be out very fast...

Detroit will more than likely be gone first round unless they pull off a miracle which I doubt will happen considering they lost both their home games.

New Jersey will probably be gone first round which is probably the leafs only real competion in the east.

So for the finals it will more than likely be Toronto Vs. Colorado possibly Vancouver if they continue to play well.

That would be sweet if two Canadian teams were in the finals. Doubt the TV stations would like it very much though.

I had to watch the Leafs play at 3pm eastern yesterday. A Saturday afternoon! What the fuck is up with that? Damn ABC picking up the game. Saturday nights are for HNIC dammit.

How can you not love the Leafs. We are a playoff team hungry for Lord Stanley. I really don't think anyone can beat us in Toronto, especially when Tucker, Corson, Kaberle are playing so well. I think the wings and canucks series is fantastic as well! Bertuzzi and Naslund are just amazing this year.

Someone needs to tell the Flyers that these games count. They are playing so soft, they could skate with egs in their pockets and not break them.

Get some big bodies in front of the crease, and bull rush the loose pucks in the slot, Ottowa won't look so hot. But who knows if Philly will bother to try? They look like a team late for a golf vacation.

I was actually going to bitch obout the Flyer's goalies, but the games have been close. Roy and Brodeur might have lost those games, the way that team is going right now. Weird, because a month ago I figured they'd locked up the East when they got Oates.

The best series right now, I think, is the Avalanche/Kings. They went at it hard last year and are eating each other up again this year. It is going to go six or seven games. Forsburg is getting the crap knocked out of him every shift and, for two offensive teams, they are throwing some mean hits at each other. They played hard last night and had quite a few fights at the end of the game (Avalanche seemed frustrated because they got man-handled big time) and they are playing again tonight. They were dropping gloves straight after the puck drop so it should carry over to tonights game.

I am hoping for a rematch of last years cup so my Devils can get some pay back. First, they have to get through the bad weather Hurricanes. The Devils have owned the Hurricanes all series in hits, shots on goal, powerplays, and every other stat but them little shits are sneaking in goals, which is all that matters.

I saw Andy Van Hellemond talking on TSN this morning saying that these coaches and managers are bypassing the local league officials and going straight to the top with their problems, or directly to the media, risking being fined.
