          That sucks, those are a pain to put back in too. Try getting the ones rates for pets. They are heavier and give more before they blow out.

              I did that to my sliding glass door last year. Didn't break it but I sure as hell bounced the fuck off it real hard.

              Yeah, it sucked. I'd rather tear down the screen like you did.

                      I remember doing this some years back when I had a sliding glass door...i hit it real good, it hurt, but I had to act quick because i hit it so hard that the fucker popped out of its track and was going to crash onto the porch rail or off all together....

                      tried catching it and almost went down with the fuckin thing....But i saved us both
