If you are legit, this is a perfectly natural way to have put yourself forward so don't listen to the peanut gallery.
As MikeVega said, how is he getting screwed if he ends up with rights to content of the same value as what he's spent, and he doesn't have to pay much of it up front? Its just like buying content ... as long as the agreement is signed, the risk is very contained.
I would be interested in talking more to you but I'm in Australia & like to shoot the content myself so we are probably not the right fit, but I do hope you work something out with MikeVega & his crew ... ask around, you'll hear good stuff.

We are looking for someone with experience with marketing, design, traffic, affiliates and the general stuff that running a paysite implies. I could do all that but it would take too much time from my other projects, so finding an established company and making a 50/50 partnership seems smarter.

and thats the point I am making I have only run paysites since I started into the industry... you will not find a "real" 50/50 split from any program that can push traffic and sales there because it simply cost to much money to get the traffic... I would be more along the lines of looking for a 30/70 split or a flat rate of a salary for the girl.... simply put it cost to much for the program... shooting the content is the easy part.. girls are easy to find and getting a girl to shoot a solo site is easier than stealing candy from a baby.... now comes the hard part... selling it.... thats where the program and it's chronies come in... trust me... it's 10 times harder to run a paysite than it is to shoot content... I can shoot content with my eyes shut and one hand in a beaver hole... I dunno to me it just sounds like a scam.. because number 1 why would a company partner with someone who wants 50%? when it would be easier to just pay you for the content.. couple hundred bucks per shoot... cause no joke with a solo girl you shuold be able to shoot at least 5 sets a day for photos and 2 full hardcore boy girls videos a day with the same guy and girl so your looking at an easy 50k a month that way... thats easier than a 50/ 50 split with a program because no joke your not going to get a solid 50% there giong to fuck you somehow to cover cost.. if you charge 300 to a company per exclusive photo set thats 45k a month right there... if your shooting 7 days a week 5 sets a day.. and with photos thats easy... and then you'll get your money when you sell photo sets... and you will have plenty of money to "pay for shoots" haha cause to me it sounds like a girl just trying to make rent... " I need a grand" then you get photos... get the fuck outta with that... and you say a 50/50 sounds.. here is my offer....
20% for softcore 30% for boygirl and you can keep what you make from webcam and dvd sales... thats something that can be legitimetly done....
keep in mind when your looking around the biggest program at the time may not be your best choice.. I have seen many programs come and go.. and many were huge on here for a while then now there gone... some people think stuff like 50/50 with girls and paying 80bucks per signup and the way to go.. but it catches up in the long run... keep your ideas open to companies that have been around and were never the biggest but stayed steady...Comment

This is something I'd consider but I don't have the resources to pull off such a risk at the moment. She HAS potential, but this is a gamble I'd be very uneasy about taking on, and without a lot of financial backing, it'd be a tough sell...I'd have to have some way of knowing that my time and money were being used wisely. I'm not saying that this idea is a bad one, there's just not enough here to convince me that this idea is worth jumping in with both feet.
