You want to move OUT of Cali? Are you in LA? If so.. good luck adapting. The rest of this country (outside of NY and LA) view life in a completely different manner. There's no sense of "needing to get shit done today" anywhere else.

CA is deffinately your best bet in the US from a legal aspect. Though, if you have a good attorney, any Northen state would be pretty safe. Just don't move to the South.Comment

I was reading something on MSNBC yesterday about the Global Warming in the coming years. I'll try my best to find it for you guys. But I would want to be more safe then sorry when getting a house right now. I stay by the beach right now in CA (Santa Monica). It's just seems like something bad is going to happen when im just there standing in the sand looking out to the ocean. I can just feel it. I've been having dreams where I wake up at a night because i hear this loud ass nosie coming from outside my window and it's nothing but water rushing paste my APT. I just want to move. Wow thx for them listing. Them homes look crazy. And no I don't get out much. Being in this biz who does? But yea Shit is going to go down anywhere you go I know that.
