HORRIBLE recent experience with them. Fortunately we caught them and didn't pay them out, however, it did result in chargebacks. Of course they only want PPS and won't even touch revshare
hehe.
Basically a user would sign up for one of their sites, then the company or whomever would take that credit card info and buy a bunch of fake memberships to diff sites in our program...blatant theft. It was nuts. It's the first and LAST chatters program I'll ever work with.
These particular people who hit us were based in the philipines.
