they are moving datacentre didn't you get the email? use the my.hahahahahaha.com support they respond there I think the ICQ people are working on the machines
most of mine are back now

they really fucked up when they send out emails saying it should only take 6-12 hours and now its been a couple days. i've been with them for years and am surprised really.

I have been with them for very long time also. I never had a problem so I trust on them when they said it was going to take only 1-2 hs. I can understand 12hours even, but this is shit!

I have a server with c h o o p a. It was restored yesterday after 38 hours offline. But today I found it was down again. I sent a support request at 7 am to restore it but its still down 7 hours later. I am now making arrangements to move to a new host. If everyone else moves then that will kill c h o o p a. They deserve it, the way they handled the server migration.

IMO 6 hours of downtime is 6 hours too many.

There's no excuse for their customers to be out of business just because they're switching datacenters, unless they got kicked out of the data center likewhoa style.

I was with Techie Media when they moved from Florida to New Jersey and they did it without one minute of downtime. You just have to leave the old servers online until you bring the new servers online.

I feel really bad for the people affected by this, you really got fucked over. Especially TGP's that live on traffic trades. They're losing way more than one or two day's income from this.

The c h o o p a datacentre could of been migrated a lot smoother.. I actually felt it was chaos over there.

I have personally handled data centre moves 4 or 5 times of the past few years and I know from personal experience if it is not meticously organised to the last detail then things can quickly go badly wrong.

I have a dedicated server with c h o o p a and while I'm extremely annoyed by the way this has been handled I will not be moving my server since their service other than this has been top notch... I hate moving in any case.

I'll put this down as being a one off....
