    Does any other California residents find it strange we haven't had a Quake?

    Not projecting bad things, just saying it seems like ages. I think the last one I recall was the one in 99 out in the desert.

    I mean, it has been quiet for years. I wish it would shake here and there and relieve stress!

    Look at the quake index for the past few decades, then look at this decade which is already at 2007. One of the ones on the list is a 4.2 in West Hollywood (I remember that one because I was having sexual intercourse when it happened).

                                      yeah, i was in west hollywood for that one too
                                      it was on 9-10-2001
                                      i was living right by the viper room at the time

                                      then the next day i got on a plane
                                      i remember that day well, it was 9-11-2001
                                      all planes were grounded, my connecting plane was grounded and i got stuck in memphis
