Which comes back round to parents now having been through school without having to behave bringing up little shits that aren't even sent to school with any inbuilt respect for other people.
The cane was there
as a threat not as a whack everybody that does something tiny wrong. Yes I didn't exactly go to a brilliant school but a little bit of if i'm a cunt something bad
might happen to me would have prevented something like

Everything now seems to be far to focussed on everything being someone else's fault. Poor quality teachers that really fit the
can't do : teach stereotype just fall back on blaming the parents. Decent teachers that have been doing the job forever up against parents that shouldn't have been allowed to breed blaming everything on the teachers and don't give them any backing even when their darling child has obviously been in the wrong.
