    Prog owners - when/if an afiliate dies what is your policy?

    Would you keep sending rebill chqs to NOK if requested or just close the account?

    Also I wonder if there is a law covering this...... are the rebills "owned" by the affiliate and can be seen as a transferable asset.....

    Not sure why I thought of it - and I wonder if it has even come up...

          Proper will set up, with company information included so the people handling the will could contact ccbill etc. Now it just depends if that compnay is 1 person or 10.

              Some couples work together on sites - also partners are likley to know what the other one does......

                  We will continue sending checks they are returned as undeliverable, or until someone contacts us (with proper identification of course) and gives us alternate instructions.

                              Legally the money should still be sent as it goes into the estate. I have left instructions on what checks and wires I receive and from whom for my family so if I kick the bucket and anyone decides to try not sending a check, they're coming after you ;)
