Advices for creating adult modeling agency in Kiev

Well,
Domain is ready, budget is ready, project is ready, entire internet marketing automation systems could be ready but I have no Russian [or Ukrainian] and I need a very social helper in Kiev probably. I was COO of a known hosting service and founder of many serious projects and I am 99.9% sure this project will work however may I have a risk potential with Russian mafia really?
I am going to be there to establish serious business for my project and totally legally but a few of my friends make me afraid about russian mafia may disturb us when we recieve attraction widely in Kiev.
Are there anyone in here from Kiev?
Can tell about Kiev and may even think to get in to partnership by providing entire sociality for this company?

I am from Istanbul and my family city was Antalya, I do not know how many Ukrainian and Russian friend I had had... FYI. If I say Entire Russia and Ukraine richies are in Antalya is summers, i think i wont be a liar

It is really not about that, the thing is that I think you could not realize that men are the men, women are the women all over the world[at least in wide Europe], it does not matter from which country really. I know Kiev, yes never gone but I know enough about their business regulations, people from there, cost of living in there, typical eastern EU country but the difference is much more crowded and Kiev is a new developing city and very welcome to foreign investors. Also from tens of thousands of customers, the less problematic customers of us were the Ukranians... Also If you are a smart guy, a good guy, you can do in anywhere. Besides i wont do anything in first month except rushing entire Kiev roads and night clubs and I am not someone may start a new project without planning everything even the possiblity of mafia risk, if it is in there still... ;) I was thinking it for the last 1 month and yes, having no more money problem and I want to enjoy my job now and then... It is all about that.

There are plenty of agencies in Kiev already so be prepared for some serious competition. Apart from that most Ukrainian girls worth shooting are already working in Russia, Hungary or the Czech Republic.

Step 1: Figure out who you have to pay the overwhelmingly large bribes to in order to stay in business.

Step 2: Find out which local mobster you have to pay off.

Step 3: Find out which neighborhood bully you have to slip some cash to.

Step 4: Figure out that if you actually pay all these people, and pay your "business taxes" to the government, that you will have very few dollars left (which I would recommend keeping for a casket in case of failure to make the payments in steps 1 - 3).

1) If you're Turkish I wouldn't go advertising that fact in Kiev. There is a distrust among Ukrainian/Russian women towards Turks and for good reason - whether it's not just a myth, many Ukr/Rus women were sold in Turkey and they can still be very suspicious. I know this for a fact.

2) If you are in the adult biz and looking for attractive women, that is a given I'd think, then you will have more trouble.

Hire a local to be the "face" and don't even mention the word turkey unless you're bringing some over for dinner.

I hate from these kind of things, trouble. Just do not involve, I am not going to establish a political party in there , i do not have any business with these kind of things however i am sure that, if you have business with political things then you will face off with the political issues, if you do not have any business then its all about the character of the human though i assure you we are not middle eastern looking even.
