The dmca was filed for you using my pic without a release or ids. The pic is on a different domain, it has nothing to do with the weconvert cashsite. The weconvert site was down before the dmca was filed.
If you can produce a signed modelrelease and ids for you to use my pic ill be more then happy to retract that dmca.
Go get your facts straight before you post nonsense dave. Its not my fault your host has problems.
Out of respect of the new owners I won't go into this new owner deal, I hope and frankly know they'll make the program worthwhile since I've been working with them for a long time already.

My 2 cents...
1.) This is a great post due to the whiny drama from both people.
2.) Seems like nobody is looking at Kayla's position in all this. You should have kept her in check better and maybe she wouldn't have left. Or had her maybe sign a contract and then sue her if she did something like this.
