i agree, i worked at 2 different meat markets and neither put anything bad in their grinds. some of the cheap meat was loaded with fat but thats it. of course everywhere is different.

but hey, i guess 3 years of schooling in animal science, and food in general, and about a year working in a PROPER meat market has no comparison to old man times knowledge...
