    NEED: cheapest labor of all time - html only

    He doesnt even have to know html if he can use Frontpage lol. Of course, I'm not willing to pay a fortune for a farmer from china. So how much will this handicap cost me ?

                                              Where do you get that I want to finance it? I'm saying I'm not paying any startup costs until their productivity is proven. I have no problem paying the monthly fee upfront. Why do you keep posting in this thread anyway ?
