looks passable but I would suggest working on the branding so its more recognizable. You got a good name just needs to some logo work and a few elements to tie the layout together a bit more. Looks too default template at the moment.

Site loads fine for me (on a Mac with Firefox), though the thumbs are a bit slow. What sort of pipe do you have feeding the server?

The design looks nice, but you're not resizing your images properly. For example, on your site http://www.pornstarcabaret.com/gallery2/28.jpg is being displayed as a 125x93px image, when it is actually 209x156px. Browsers (especially IE) do a shitty job of scaling images down in size; I'd run them all through ImageMagick or your favorite photo editor to get them to 125x93. That will both increase the visual quality of your thumbnails and improve the loading speed of your site.
