I have no idea of the size, but if they aren't big anymore as you say it is only good news.
I see the list is also more about amount of rebills and not so much cheat with rebills. So yes you are right and I have tried contact CCbill instead.
Their SpankBuxx sites are listed on Signbucks Daily although all links points to outdated url's. Just a notice if you would like to update those.
