It only took 60 posts for someone to ask that question.

Obviously Roch fucked up bad if Lens is announcing it.

I sympathize with Lens. It's never enjoyable to invest time and money in a high end employee for it to end in a firing within a year (not to mention re-location costs). Sorry to hear it didn't work out Lens. Let me be the first to wish you luck on his replacement. I know how hard it is to find the right people to work for you.
