There are certain circumstances where you can actually get them removed from Google.

1. First check to see if any of the scraper sites have "remove url," or "update/refresh info."
2. If the later, change your whois info and refresh the page so it shows the new info.
3. Login to your Google account and submit a cache url removal. http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals - For reason, enter "Content has already been removed from page."
4. Then enter the phrase that has been removed from the page. For example, if your name is John Smith, and you changed the whois to Mark Thompson. Enter just "John", don't enter "John Smith" because if there is any other word on the page with "smith" like blacksmith or whatever, you'll get denied. Just remove "John" and Google will take care of it.

One approved (usually takes 24-48 hours), Google will remove the cache from the listing, and in a few weeks the listing all together will be gone.
