    Today I got 100% of my $1000 I gave to KIVA

    I'm impressed. They payed back every cent.

    Now to play it forward and find others who are in need of help. Lets see if the 2nd group pays it all back.

    If you don't already, check out Kiva.com. Note, you don't get your money back but you can keep reinvesting it to help others.

                          seems like a pretty cool idea, but im sure it is on the IRS radar somehow. there are limits to the amount of money you can lend to someone ($13k per person per year) otherwise you have to pay tax. Plus im sure if they found out about you lending $1k and getting back $1k, they would want you to pay taxes... have to love the US gov't
