so it's been 2 months since my last update and here's the latest.

i am happy with how things are going but i have made some mistakes in my diet over the last 2 weeks, as i bumped my carbs up significantly- i am diabetic and messed up my insulin dosages as i tried to adjust for the massive increase in carbs. consequently, my blood sugars skyrocketed (in the 400 range) then would plummet as i fired more insulin in response. the resulting rollercoaster bloodsugars caused my body to start eating some muscle.
