Now that she is offering two processors on her signup page, and her affiliate program appears to only be offered through CCBill I would say affiliates can now make less revenue then before when there was only one processor on the join page. Never understood why programs offer multiple processor options on the join page but the affiliate program is only for one of them. BTW, I think the traffic leaks being referred to are some of the links to other sites in the footer.

You guys should offer a separate tour that webmasters can link too through their CCBill affiliate code, where the only signup option is through CCBill. That way there are no traffic leaks. Also, you guys should offer 50% of sales and 50% recurring. Offering 40% revshare is not competitive.

Ditto.... 60% would be best.. You're not getting the traffic anyways so why not make it more attractive.
